IIIHow it works
The grid
The room is reserved in two-hour blocks from eight in the morning to ten at night. Seven blocks a day. A block starts on the hour and is never split.
The release
On the first of each month at ten o'clock Central, the whole of the month two months out opens at once. First claim holds. Miss the release and write to us; blocks come back.
Your hours
Each tier renews a number of hours every calendar month. Booking a block draws from that month's hours.
Cancelling
Cancel fourteen or more days out and the hours come back whole — three times in any twelve months, no explanation asked for. After the third, half return.
If you are not a member
You can still have the room. Tell us when you need it and we will quote you a single block.
