For the practice that lives in the room. The most hours one member can hold — the closest thing to keeping a key.

Prices post here first, and in full. We are finishing the last of the numbers. Iowa sales tax applies to studio time.

IIIHow it works

The grid: The room is reserved in two-hour blocks from eight in the morning to ten at night. Seven blocks a day. A block starts on the hour and is never split.
The release: On the first of each month at ten o'clock Central, the whole of the month two months out opens at once. First claim holds. Miss the release and write to us; blocks come back.
Your hours: Each tier renews a number of hours every calendar month. Booking a block draws from that month's hours.
Cancelling: Cancel fourteen or more days out and the hours come back whole — three times in any twelve months, no explanation asked for. After the third, half return.
If you are not a member: You can still have the room. Tell us when you need it and we will quote you a single block.
